3.2 All our aluminium planters are custom-made, and as such, may vary slightly from the images and descriptions provided.

4.1 All orders must be placed via email to hello@aluum.com.au. Please provide accurate and complete information in your order email.
4.2 By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in our order confirmation email.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Pick up is available from our warehouse and is preferred, which is to be arranged by the customer. The costs of delivery and shipping will be discussed upon placing your order.
6.2 We will process and ship your order as quickly as possible if delivery is chosen. Delivery my vary based on your location and the nature of the product.
6.3 We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping services.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 As all our planters are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
7.2 Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
7.3 We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide instructions for the return of the faulty or damaged product.
7.4 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aluum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
